Help Us Expand the ASD/DD Toolkit
As we work to expand our toolkit, we want to address the most pressing needs for providers across the state of Michigan. To help us tailor our content to meet your needs, we are seeking feedback from providers who work with ASD/DD patients.
Our needs assessment is an online survey that takes about 5 minutes to complete. Your responses will help us:
Identify which special topics we should cover in future trainings
Identify which topics providers feel they need most in order to support their ASD/DD patients
Identify and mitigate perceived barriers to supporting ASD patients
Develop future educational resources in formats tailored to meet current provider needs
Develop educational content for patient and family self-management
